Order Enquiries

For assistance with an existing order, please provide your WooCommerce order number and the email address or phone number used to place the order. Please do not send passwords, card details or banking credentials.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch under our standard policy. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing an order. Once dispatched, an order cannot ordinarily be cancelled under this policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.
